- Universal / Flex Fit Insulated Bulkhead
The UB-1 Universal Bulkheads, UB1 S (Short), and UB1 T (Tall) are designed to fit a variety of Trucks & Trailers that may have varying interior height and widths.
- Skinny Bun Insulated Bulkhead
Less Weight in the trailer Duo Core Technology Superior no-Bolt UHMW Bottom scuff prevents wear as well as potential damage to products.
- DuraFlex Insulated Bulkhead
DuraFlex hinged folding Bulkhead is a flexible, laminated core Bulkhead capable of absorbing impacts, bending, and flexing to nearly 90 degrees without breaking. The DuraFlex core is 2″ thick and therefore is lighter than the 3″ thick Skinny Bun Bulkheads.
- Cool Guard FLEX TOP Insulated Bulkhead
Cool Guard FLEX TOP is best suited for fleets that have difficulty matching a specific sized Bulkhead in the appropriate vehicle.
- Cool Guard Insulated Bulkhead
Cool Guard is a lighter weight insulated bulkhead allowing for ease of use. The Cool Guard bulkhead has a heavy-duty flexible vinyl hinge that enables the ability to withstand rotations that would normally be too strenuous on other products.
- Skinny Bun Off-Center Hinge Portable Insulated Bulkhead
The Off-Center hinged Bulkhead is made in several models, by Both ITP and Randall. It is available in both 2″ and 3″ thick Bulkheads including the Skinny Bun, Duraflex, Cool Guard, and 1500 Series Bulkheads.
- Skinny Bun One Piece Insulated Bulkhead with Door (side or center)
The one-piece Bulkhead with a door is designed to allow easy, frequent access from rear to front compartments. It can be equipped with a door at the Roadside, Curb Side (shown here), or at the Center of the Bulkhead.
- Two Piece Lifting Insulated Bulkhead System
The 2-Piece Lifting Bulkhead Systems operate within a specific area inside of the truck or trailer. The Bulkhead panels are mounted on a crossbar that is equipped with a roller assembly at each end.

- Sliding Door Bulkhead
Available Options
Option application can vary depending on the Bulkhead.
- Abrasion Plate: Increases area of impact protection on the face of a Bulkhead
- Vent Kent: 10″ diameter vent; Adjusts to allow airflow from front to back in for 2-Temp vehicle application.
- Cold Draw System: Draws air from the front compartment to the rear compartment for 2 Temp operation.
- E or F Straps: Used to hold the Bulkhead securely in the vehicle
- Handle: Heavy-duty reinforced material.
- “Z” Formation: Allows staggered loading without wasting space within the vehicle
- Two-Way Hinge: Allows the Bulkhead to be opened from the front or rear compartment without damage.
- Fan Kit: Thermostatically controlled, the fan increases airflow while controlling temperature, front to back.
Curtain Systems
Cool View Universal Curtain
The Cool View Curtain helps to maintain vehicle temperature, especially with multiple door openings. Reduces defrost cycles, wet packaging problems, Reefer run time (saving fuel and maintenance costs), and product loss.
Benefits:
Much more efficient ( 80% efficient) than Strip Curtain assemblies (40% efficient) when used in rear door applications.
Flexible Strip Curtain
Strip Curtain Assemblies – Vehicles & Warehouse Applications
Benefits:
Walk-thru or drive-thru doorways in a warehouse; greenhouse situation. The use of strip curtains is still popular with common applications in Trucks or Trailers. Ribbed Material is recommended for ease of use. Low-Temperature material is also available.
